If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
When you purchase one of our bidets, you are totally responsible for paying the shipping costs. In case you need to return an item because of personal reasons you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
We are responsible to pay the shipping cost for the spare parts within the warranty period. If you need any spare parts after 6 months, you must pay for both (spare parts and shipping cost)
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
